ORDERING EGGS IN ENGLISH-2: meaning and examples
Good morning again everyone.
Today we continue our series of Daily Vitamins about ordering eggs.
Today's EGGS are: FRIED EGGS
Description: Fried eggs are eggs cooked by sautéing in oil or butter; sometimes they are turned and cooked on both sides.

Here are the descriptions of the different types of fried eggs. Depending on the dialect, these may have a different name.
Over easy: A fried egg that is flipped and cooked yolk side down only long enough to create a film over the top of the yolk, leaving the centre of the yolk liquid. You can find pictures here.
Over hard: A fried egg that is flipped and cooked yolk-side down until the yolk has been completely cooked through.
Sunny-side up: A fried egg that is never flipped or cooked yolk-side down. The whites cook completely or partially while the yolk remains liquid.
