Today we continue with our look at words and expressions related to personal achievement. Like yesterday, today we have a word, and a phrase.
Today's 1st word / phrase is: Recognition
Meaning / Use: Acknowledgment of achievement or the quality of your work.
Example 1: He received recognition for his contributions to the marketing project.
Today's 2nd word / phrase is: I worked hard to reach this point.
Meaning / Use: This phrase indicates that effort and dedication were involved in achieving something.
Example 2: I worked hard to reach this point in my career; it wasn't always easy, but I feel satisfied with what I've done.
