Today we continue our look at expression with the word FOOT (plural = FEET).

Today's expression is: put your feet up

Meaning: to sit down and relax, especially with your feet raised and supported.

Example 1:
After a hard day's work, it's nice to get home and put your feet up.

Example 2:
It's nice to see you again Chris. Sit down...put your feet up and relax. You've had a long trip.
