EXPRESSIONS WITH PANTS: TO WEAR THE PANTS

Hi, Daily Vitamin readers! I hope your week is going well and you are staying healthy. 

As you know, this week's theme is Expressions with the word PANTS.

Today we are learning an interesting expression: TO WEAR THE PANTS (IN A RELATIONSHIP). 

Definition: To be the dominant one in the relationship; to be the one who makes the decisions. 

Example 1: I think it's pretty clear who wears the pants in that relationship. 

Example 2: We all know who wears the pants in this house. 

Example 3: I think she really wears the pants in their marriage.
