EXPRESSIONS WITH PANTS: BORE THE PANTS OFF OF SOMEONE

Hello, everyone! Welcome back to the Daily Vitamin. This week's theme is Expressions with PANTS.

Yesterday, you learned the expression to SCARE the pants off of someone.

For our third lesson of the week, we are learning a similar (yet very different!) expression: TO BORE THE PANTS OFF OF SOMEONE. 

Definition: To make someone very bored. 

Example 1: That movie bored the pants off of me. 

Example 2: Honey, don't show Maria photos from our wedding. You'll bore the pants off of her.
