As you probably know, our theme this week is Telecommuting (= teleworking) Vocabulary. Today's lesson is about the word REMOTE.
Definition: Far away; in the distance
Example 1: Our company is now fully remote. Everyone works from home.
Example 2: I'm looking for some remote work in marketing.
We can also use this word's adverbial form.
Example 3: I work remotely three days per week, and in the office two days per week.
