Sentence 1: We went to the new restaurant, that just opened on our street.

Sentence 2: We went to the new restaurant, which just opened on our street.

Which sentence is correct? Today's sentences are a bit more technical. HINT: Pay attention to the punctuation. In spoken English they could both be correct, depending on the emphasis and pauses.
