Good morning! I hope everyone had a good weekend.

Due to bank holidays in Spain, there will be no Daily Vitamin on Tuesday or Thursday of this week.

Today's expression is: not / never lift a finger

Meaning: to do nothing to help someone.

Example 1:
The children never lift a finger to help around the house.

Example 2:
Janet... if you never lift a finger to help in the department, we're never going to reach our deadlines!
