MORE BAKING VOCABULARY (TO WHISK)

Hello everyone; happy Thursday. I hope your day is going well so far. 

Today is our fourth lesson of the week about verbs related to BAKING, which is cooking done in an oven.

Today's verb is: TO WHISK

Definition: to beat eggs, cream, etc. with a special tool (a whisk) in order to add air and make the food light.

Sentence 1: Some recipes ask you to whisk egg whites until they are stiff.

Sentence 2:
John: What does the recipe say to do next?
Janet: It says to remove the mixture from heat and whisk in the brandy and vanilla essence.
