Today's word is: Microaggressions
Meaning / Use: This refers to subtle, often unintentional, comments or actions that can be hurtful to individuals from marginalized groups.
Example 1: Some people experience microaggressions every day because of their race, gender, or accent.
Today's phrase is: Let’s celebrate our differences.
Meaning / Use: This phrase encourages appreciation for and acceptance of diversity.
Example 2: Let’s celebrate our differences and learn from one another.
