HORARIO AL PÚBLICO: meaning and examples

Good morning.

Today we answer a questions from Gloria.

Hello Matthew. I hope you can help me. I would like to know how you say "horario de atención al público" in English. I found an English expression which is " hours of operation," but this sounds strange to me. Could you please check and confirm it? Thanks in advance for your help. Best regards, Gloria Martínez.

There are different options, depending on the exact context. Here are some possibilities.

Business hours: the hours in a day that a shop, store or company is open to the public.

Offices hours: the time when people in offices are normally working.

Working hours: the time when people are normally working.

Example 1:
You can call any time during our business hours, which are Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00.

Example 2:
The office hours of the customer services department are from 8:00 to 22:00, without a break.

I hope that helps Gloria.
