COOKING VOCABULARY (SAUTÉ)

This week we are going to look at words related to cooking.

This week's first word is: to sauté

Meaning: this verb means to cook food quickly in a small amount of oil or fat in a pan over direct heat.

Example 1: Remember to sauté the onions until they are golden brown, before you add the other ingredients.
