CLIMATE CHANGE VOCABULARY (FOSSIL FUELS)

Our theme for the week is Climate Change Vocabulary. Today we are learning the phrase FOSSIL FUELS. 

Definition: A natural fuel (like coal or gas) that was made from the remains of living organisms.

Example 1: Petroleum, coal, and natural gas are examples of fossil fuels. 

Example 2: Does your company still rely on fossil fuels?

Example 3: We now rely more on solar energy and less on fossil fuels.
