CLIMATE CHANGE VOCABULARY (EMISSIONS): meaning and examples

Our theme for the week is Climate Change Vocabulary. Today we will focus on the word EMISSIONS.
Definition: The act of releasing something such as gas, light, and heat.
Example 1: The company's carbon dioxide emissions are very high. They need better machines to reduce their emissions.
Example 2: To lower our emissions, we switched our company cars to electric cars.
