VOCABULARY WITH 'EARTH': DOWN-TO-EARTH

Hello and welcome back! How's your week going?

This week's theme is Vocabulary with the word EARTH, in honour of Earth Hour on March 27th. We are continuing this theme with the adjective DOWN-TO-EARTH.

Definition: Humble.

Example 1: They're very rich, but still down-to-earth. 

Example 2: He's won three Olympic gold medals but he's still so down-to-earth. 

Example 3: They were afraid he wouldn't be down-to-earth after he won the lottery, but he's still the same person.
