Welcome to our first Theme Thursday post of March!
This month we are looking at expressions and vocabulary related to rubbish. We are beginning with the phrasal verb TO THROW AWAY.
Definition: to get rid of something you do not want anymore.
Example 1: I threw away all of those old magazines. I never read them.
Example 2: My Mom can't throw away anything we give her. She still has drawings from when I was in kindergarten.
