TENSE TUESDAY: ‘SUCH ADJECTIVE NOUN' FORMATION

Hi, everyone! I hope you’re having a great Tuesday. Your Tuesday is about to get better, because we're looking at some grammar! OK, maybe that won't make it better... but it will improve your English a little, which is a good thing!

Last week we looked at the construction SO ADVERB to express extremes. Today we are looking at the SUCH ADJECTIVE NOUN formation to express extreme emotions or situations.

Example 1: This store has such great shoes. I want them all.

Example 2: France has such delicious food. I always eat so much when I visit!

Example 3: We had such great weather on our trip.
