Today we look at our fourth sports-related expression of the week.  

Today's sports-related expression is: Front runner

Definition: the leader or a favoured contestant or candidate in a race, election, etc.

Example 1: Neither of the front-runners in the presidential election is a mainstream politician. 

Example 2: She joined the election campaign quite late, but she is already a front-runner. I've never seen anything like it.
