PHRASES FOR OFFERING HELP

Hello everyone. Welcome back to the Daily Vitamin. I hope you had a great weekend.

This week we are going to present some phrases for offering help. 

Today's 1st phrase is: Can I help you with anything?

Meaning / Use: We use this phrase as a general offer of assistance. It's used quite often in shops

Example 1: 
Shop assistant: Can I help you with anything?
Customer: No thank you... I'm just looking. 
Shop assistant: Okay, but if you need anything, let me know. 

Today's 2nd phrase is: I’m more than willing to lend a hand.

Meaning / Use: We use this phrase to indicate a strong desire or willingness to help someone.

Example 2: I know you're struggling with the project; but I can help you. I'm more than willing to lend a hand with the project.
