This is the theme of this week: Phrasal Verbs related to Relaxing. Today we are learning TO HANG OUT, another colloquial phrasal verb.

Definition: To spend social time together. 

Example 1: Do you want to hang out on Friday?

Example 2: Let's hang out this weekend. 

Example 3: Next weekend, are you hanging out with that guy you met?

This phrasal verb is INTRANSITIVE.
