Today's connector is: on the other hand
It is used: to give another ("contrastive") point of view.
Example 1
Your sister is starting to look old. On the other hand, she is still very beautiful.
Example 2
I think expanding the company is a good idea. On the other hand, it would be a shame to lose the "family" atmosphere that we have been able to maintain over the years.
Example 3

Sometimes we use the more-informal expression then again instead.
