EAR EXPRESSIONS-1: meaning and examples

Today's expression is: TO BE ALL EARS
Meaning: to be waiting with interest to hear what someone has to say.
Example 1:
John: Do you know what she just said to the CEO?
Mary: No, but go on...I'm all ears!
Example 2:
Janet: Do you want to hear what happened at the party last night?
Margaret: Yes...of course. I'm all ears.
