GERUND OR INFINITIVE? (LISTEN)

Happy Wednesday, everyone!

Before today's lesson, I would like to ask you for an important favour.

Ziggurat is joining the Magic Line this year, like we did in 2017. The Magic Line is a fundraising event that is organized by the well-known hospital, Sant Joan de Deu, working to help the most vulnerable people. You can read more about the project on their website: http://www.magiclinesjd.org/es/que_es_la_magic_line.

How can you help? Ziggurat has a goal to double our objective from 2017, which was 1,000€ (and we ended up raising 1,124€). This year we want to raise at least 2000€ before the day of the walk, on February 24th. Please, could you donate a euro or two (or five) through Ziggurat’s page on the Magic Line website: http://www.magiclinesjd.org/es/donar/31? All of the money you donate goes directly to the hospital.

If each of the thousands of Daily Vitamin subscribers gave just a couple of euros to the cause, it would be amazing! We would reach our goal (and be able to participate in the Magic Line walk on February 24th), but more importantly… we would be helping a lot of families and children who need a lot of help.

Thank you very much for your time and collaboration!

Today we are continuing with our Gerund vs. Infinitive week. Each day we give you a sentence with a verb missing and ask you to complete the sentence with either a gerund form of the verb (-ING) or an infinitive with TO

Here is today's challenge.

Sentence: I enjoy _____ (LISTEN) to classical music when I study.

Which do you think it is? TO LISTEN or LISTENING? Give us your answer on one of our social media sites (Twitter or Facebook) and we will post the correct answer later; we will also include the correct answer in tomorrow's Daily Vitamin email.

Good luck, and thank you for participating!
