Today we finish our short series of Daily Vitamins about expressions with SHOW.
Today's SHOW expression is: to SHOW someone (A)ROUND
Meaning: to be a guide for someone when they visit a place for the first time to show them what is interesting.
Example 1:
One of the employees showed us around the factory. It was very interesting.
Example 2:
Has anyone shown you round yet? If you want, I can take you on a short tour of the school.
