TO WRAP IT UP

Yesterday we looked at the verb TO WRAP UP with reference to gifts or presents. Today we are going to look at another meaning of this same verb.

Today's Expression is: TO WRAP IT UP

Meaning: To conclude an activity. When you use this verb, you can state the activity that you are bringing to an end, or you can use one of these common expressions:

-Let's wrap it up!
-Time to wrap it up!

Example 1:
If nobody has anything else to say, let's wrap up the meeting.

Example 2:
Okay, everyone, the session is over! Time to wrap it up! Please take all of your things with you when you leave.
