ESTAR A PUNTO DE: meaning and examples

In English this expression is: to be about to do something; to be on the point of doing something. It's used: to express the idea that something is going to happen very soon or that you are going to do something very soon. Example 1: Can you call me back later? I'm about to go to work and I don't have time to talk to you now. Example 2: James is on the point of finishing the puzzle that he's been working on all day.
