Manager Tools is directed by Mark Horstman and Mike Auzenne, two Military West Point graduates who's objective is to give very clear and practical managerial advice. They provide a weekly podcast focused on helping you become a more effective manager and leader. There are over 250 podcasts on their website that you can listen to directly on the web, or you can subscribe to Manager Tools on iTunes and listen from your MP3 player.

Manager Tools has been voted the best business podcast for the last three years (see www.podcastawards.com and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Podcast_Awards).

The topics of the podcasts range from things like coaching, giving feedback and delegation to running meetings and even packing your suitcase for a business trip. The podcasts can be a bit long (30-45 minutes), but they generally have very practical content and are a great way to practice your English listening skills, while improving your management skills.
