Today's phrase is very effective for opening up a conversation when people are having trouble finding a solution to a problem.  

Today's phrase is: I'm open to suggestions.  

Example 1: I'm open to suggestions on how we can make this sales plan work.

Example 2: 
Kathy: I don't think you have included some very important actions in the 2026 sales plan.
Larry: Okay, well... I'm open to suggestions. What are your thoughts?
Kathy: Well, for one, I think you need to include more social media to attract new clients. 
Larry: Okay. We can do that. Thanks for the suggestion.
