WORDY WEDNESDAY: BONFIRE: meaning and examples

Good morning, readers!

Do you know what is happening this week, on November 5th? It will be Guy Fawkes Night in the UK!

In honour of this, we are looking at a word related to fire: BONFIRE.

Definition
: a large open-air fire used for burning rubbish or as part of a celebration.

Example 1: We are having a beach bonfire this Friday.

Example 2: I have to go get some wood for the bonfire.

Example 3: I was cold, but then we made a bonfire.
