Today we continue with our review of the meanings and uses of the phrasal verb think of.
Today's expression is: to think of something or somebody
Meaning 1: to have an image or an idea of somebody or something in your mind.
Example 1:
Last weekend, I couldn't stop thinking of you. I really missed you. I'm so glad that you have returned!
Meaning 2: to create an idea in your imagination.
Example 2:
Have you thought of a name for the baby? How about Matthew? ;-)
