STRAIGHTFORWARD: meaning and examples

Good morning. I hope you had a relaxing weekend. Today's word is: straightforward It means: not complicated (uncomplicated) or not difficult to understand; clear and honest. Example 1: The teacher's explanation was straightforward and the students were able to do the activity without much extra help. Example 2: The instructions for putting together (montar) the bookshelf are quite straightforward. It's helpful that pictures and diagrams have been included. Example 3: When I asked Kevin about his plans, he wouldn't give me a straightforward answer. I wonder what he's hiding (escondiendo)? Hopefully, this Daily Vitamin has been straightforward. If not, you can always contact me straight away with questions. I hope you enjoy your day!
