NOW YOU'RE TALKING: meaning and examples

Good morning.

Today we continue our review of expressions that include the verb to talk.

Today's expression is: now you're talking

Meaning: used when you like what someone has suggested very much.
 
Example 1:
Matthew: David, would you like some pizza for dinner?
David: Now you're talking dad. Yes! I love pizza.

Example 2:
You say you're going to finish your homework before dinner. Now you're talking! That's a great idea. If you need any help, let me know.
