NEW WORDS FROM 2021 (BODY-SHAME)

Good morning / afternoon / evening everyone (depending on when you are reading this). I hope you are having a great day. 

For our last week of Daily Vitamins for 2021, we're looking at five "new" words/expressions that became popular this year.

Today's expression is: to body-shame

Definition: a verb that means to criticize someone based on the shape, size, or appearance of their body

Example 1: The Hollywood movie star was body-shamed when she didn't lose weight immediately after having her baby.

Example 2: I can't believe someone would body-shame their own child like that.

body-shaming is not a nice thing to do, so I don't recommend it.
