Today's word is: to issue (verb)
Meaning: to announce something or give it to people officially. To officially make things available for people to buy.
Example 1:
The German and French governments issued a joint statment about the rise of terrorism in certain countries.
Example 2:
Thanks to humanitarian aid, they were able to issue blankets to all the refugees.
