Today's word is: Atmosphere

Meaning 1: the mixture of gases that surrounds the earth or another planet.

Example 1:
Cars create a lot of pollution that eventually ends up in the earth's atmosphere.

Example 2:
The atmosphere on Mars does not support life.

Meaning 2: the feeling or mood that you have in a particular place or situation or the feeling that exists between people.

This second meaning is used quite a lot to describe restaurants, hotels, etc.

Example 3:
The restaurant had a perfect combination of music and lighting that created a very romantic atmosphere.

Example 4:
There is an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect between them.
