Welcome back everyone!

Today is day two of our Phrasal Verbs for Relaxing week and we are looking at the phrase TO ZONE OUT. Like yesterday's phrasal verb, this is very colloquial.

Example 1: What did the professor say about the test on Friday? I totally zoned out and I wasn't listening.

Example 2: Did you hear what I said? It looked like you zoned out for a minute.

Example 3: My baby always zones out when I turn on the fan. It's so funny.
