PHRASAL VERBS FOR THE OFFICE (GO OVER)

Good morning, Daily Vitamin readers! I hope your day is going well. 

If you didn't read yesterday's lesson, then maybe you don't know about the change we are making to the Daily Vitamin this year. Each week, we will have a different theme. All of the lessons from the week will focus on that theme.

This week's theme is Phrasal Verbs for the Office. Yesterday's lesson was about the phrasal verb TO FOLLOW UP. Today's is TO GO OVER (something). There are several definitions of this phrasal verb but we are focusing on the one that is common at work and in business. 

Definition: to examine or look at something in a careful or detailed way

Example 1: Let's go over the meeting agenda before we begin. 

Example 2: Can I go over my presentation with you before I present tomorrow?

This phrasal verb is TRANSITIVE and is NOT SEPARABLE.
