PHRASAL VERB FRIDAY: WORK THROUGH: meaning and examples

Good morning, everyone! Welcome to Phrasal Verb Friday.

Today we are looking at the phrase TO WORK THROUGH.

Definition: to deal with, to resolve a problem, often an emotional one.

Example 1: You have to work through your own issues before you are available to be in a relationship.

Example 2: We have some things to work through, but we are a strong couple.

Example 3: I worked through my problems with my roommate and now things are better.

This phrasal verb is INSEPARABLE and TRANSITIVE.
