Following you will find a review written by a Ziggurat student.
Ten years ago a young student named Mac suddenly disappeared. Since his disappearance he calls home every Mother’s Day. Mac’s sister, Carolyn MacKenzie, was only a child when her brother vanished. Carolyn’s uncle, priest Devon, found the following note in the collection plate of the church: “Uncle Devon, tell Carolyn that she must not look for me.” Now, more than ever, Carolyn wants to discover what happened to her brother. Despite the fact that Carolyn’s mother and Elliott Wallace, a family friend and financial advisor of the family, prefer not to stir up the past, Carolyn is determined to find her brother.

Intriguing thriller with a lot of upper-middleclass characters connected between them. It is easy to read.
